We're a heavy civil contractor founded in 2018 by Neil Smith and Dennis Frederickson — but our roots in this industry go back much further.
Half a Century of Experience
Neil Smith has 50 years of expertise in excavation, heavy civil work, and agriculture projects.
That's over 100,000 hours of experience.
With that depth of knowledge, he can handle any level of project: from simple jobs like backfilling, to large-scale 50-man masterpieces like highway building.
Experience and Teamwork
Dennis Frederickson — much like Neil — has 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects...
With an extensive and deep understanding of project management.
In 2022, Dennis stepped up to lead the company with Neil remaining as a consultant — and since then Dennis' natural ability to lead has brought the company even further growth and success.
Dennis strongly believes in the classic phrase "you're only as strong as your weakest link," ensuring that all team members are always learning and improving so that completing projects safely and efficiently becomes second nature.
