Neil Smith founded Neil Smith Construction Ltd. in 1975 with a simple vision: to build with honesty, reliability, and care. Over five decades, he transformed that vision into a respected construction company serving communities across British Columbia.

From utilities and earthworks to schools, pavements, and infrastructure projects, Neil believed in building not only structures but also trust and long-lasting relationships. Every project carried his hallmark — quality, integrity, and reliability.
Remembered Beyond the Jobsite
To his colleagues, Neil was more than a founder; he was a mentor, a steady hand, and a friend. His door was always open, whether to share knowledge, lend support, or simply listen.
