Neil Smith Construction recently completed an upgrade to the Fuel Station in Manitoba Yard, Vancouver.

The project involved a large amount of excavation and contaminated soil removal, which had to be done with extreme caution in this busy site.

Some old clay utility lines posed a challenge, but our team was able to handle it with skill and expertise.

The upgrade included the installation of preparation, bedding and backfilling of new fuel tanks, pumps, and other equipment, as well as the utility upgrade and oil interceptor installation.

The project was completed on time and the Manitoba Yard Fuel Station is now ready to serve the city of Vancouver equipments.
