Neil Smith Construction proudly took charge of a significant portion of School District 38's essential projects, handling the civil scope of six portables and modular childcare facilities at

  • McRoberts Secondary School

  • Tomsett Elementary School

  • James Whiteside Elementary School

As part of the broader context, the school district has approximately 30 such projects on its to-do list, underscoring the trust placed in our expertise to handle a substantial segment of their crucial infrastructure needs.

Our role in executing the civil scope of these six portables and childcare facilities exemplifies our commitment to excellence. Despite the challenges associated with a tight timeline and the responsibility of completing projects during the summer break, our collaboration with Unitech as the Construction Manager, the City of Richmond, and School District 38 was instrumental in achieving successful project delivery.
