The Queen Elizabeth School Addition project involves critical civil infrastructure upgrades to support the expansion of an active school facility in New Westminster. The scope includes storm sewer improvements, roadway construction, concrete works, and utility installations carried out within municipal rights-of-way and adjacent to an operating school.
