Portland Loos

The Portland Loos project, completed by Neil Smith Construction, has been a great collaboration with the city of Vancouver and Scott special projects in three different locations, Crab Park, Columbia Park, and Coopers Park.

The project involved site preparation, grading, utility installation, and the construction of concrete pads in order to install the prefabricated Loos.

The Loos are designed to provide a safe and clean public restroom for park visitors, and the project has been praised for its positive impact on the community. The Loos are easy to use and maintain, and they provide a much-needed service to the public.

The Portland Loos project is a great example of how public-private partnerships can work together to improve the quality of life in a community.
