Project Scope

  • Sidewalk and surface restoration, including 1 km of paving and curb concrete work

  • Excavation, bedding and backfilling for watermain, sanitary and storm trenches

  • Utility improvements on three local roads

  • Removing existing utility lines, supply and install new watermain, sanitary and storm lines including 500 meters long of 1200mm storm pipe laying, 300 long of 900mm storm pipe laying, and Installing 17 manholes

Northern Surrey Utility Improvement

Northern Surrey utility improvement project was launched by the city of Surrey in multiple phases.

Neil Smith Construction was awarded the phase-1, which includes redoing the sidewalk and surface restoration 1 km of paving and curb concrete work, excavation, bedding and backfilling for watermain, sanitary and storm trenches, Utility improvements on Blackbird Crescent, Oriole Drive, Canary Drive.
