Work included ground preparation, servicing, concrete works, trenching for electrical services, and asphalt paving, all completed within an active school environment. Construction activities were carefully planned and sequenced to maintain safe access, minimize disruption, and ensure continuity of school operations.
Close coordination with Unitech Construction Management and the School District was essential to align civil works with the overall project schedule and seismic upgrade activities. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site remained a priority throughout the project.
Neil Smith Construction Ltd.’s experience in school infrastructure and institutional civil works allowed for efficient execution while meeting safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
