Located in Surrey, the Greenaway project centered on extensive excavation and the safe handling of contaminated soils. The scope required detailed excavation, shoring, and backfilling to prepare the site for future civil works while ensuring compliance with strict environmental regulations.
Because soil contamination was a significant component of this project, our team worked closely with environmental consultants to classify, track, and dispose of materials properly. Careful coordination and planning were essential to minimize risks, maintain safety, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the process.
In addition to contaminated soil removal, we carried out bulk excavation, trenching for underground utilities, and site grading to achieve the design elevations.
