Neil Smith Construction Ltd. is responsible for managing all excavation activities while maintaining site safety, protecting adjacent properties, and complying with municipal, environmental, and geotechnical requirements. Due to the constrained site conditions, shoring installation, access management, and excavation staging are critical to the success of the project.
All work is performed in close coordination with the prime contractor, consultants, and inspectors to ensure construction progresses efficiently and safely.
